Aaron and his crew at Paint Doctor are the best! They took care of my sons truck and did a wonderful job repairing the body damage, and they even fixed a mistake made by a different body shop. EXCELLENT!!! My Mazda, was dinged by a local mechanic shop (that will be a separate review). Paint Doctor fixed the scratch, my car looks brand new!! The customer service provided by Alex Hernandez was professional, friendly and she is top notch. Hope I don’t ever need anymore body work, but if I do, this is the place to go. The best in town. 🙂

This is by far the best body shop in Lubbock! They took in my nearly totaled car and made it look like the day I drove it off the lot. They were always professional and were great at communicating with me. Their loaner cars were great and I appreciated since my car was in the shop for so long. I recommend them to everyone needing work!

Best service I have ever received from a body shop….and perhaps any service industry. My daughter’s car was damaged while attending TTU. I live 4 hours away. I made one phone call, gave them my insurance information, vehicle information, and my daughter’s phone number. They took care of everything from there. My daughter was never without transportation. Took a little longer than expected but dont mind since they did help me with a rental of theirs and my truck ended up looking great very happy with the service

We were hit in July 2024 and had significant damage done to our vehicle. The loaner vehicle provided by Paint Doctor was a life saver. We picked it up today and it looks and is driving as if nothing happened. Thank you Paint Doctor and Arron for getting our vehicle back and looking like NEW!
