Best service I have ever received from a body shop….and perhaps any service industry. My daughter’s car was damaged while attending TTU. I live 4 hours away. I made one phone call, gave them my insurance information, vehicle information, and my daughter’s phone number. They took care of everything from there. My daughter was never without transportation. Great work and superior customer service. Thank you Michelle and Aaron.

We went to Paint Doctor for a front panel repair. Caden helped us with the whole process. He was profession and friendly, (which goes a long way with me). We were given a price and estimate of how long it would take. It all seemed reasonable. We did, however, get an estimate from another repair shop, which was going to cost twice as much! Paint Doctor gave us a free loaner car and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the results. Thank you, Caden, for all your help and the free chips.😉(inside joke)😄

Honest, trustworthy and friendly. Fair prices and works well with insurance. They have done work on my and my husband’s vehicles a few times now and have yet to disappoint.

A guy that goes by the name, “AG” is the one you want to ask for. When I needed my truck done in a timeline, he made sure it was done right. The price was awesome as well! You won’t regret going here!

Took a little longer than expected but dont mind since they did help me with a rental of theirs and my truck ended up looking great very happy with the service

This is by far the best body shop in Lubbock! They took in my nearly totaled car and made it look like the day I drove it off the lot. They were always professional and were great at communicating with me. Their loaner cars were great and I appreciated since my car was in the shop for so long. I recommend them to everyone needing work!

We were hit in July 2024 and had significant damage done to our vehicle. The loaner vehicle provided by Paint Doctor was a life saver. We picked it up today and it looks and is driving as if nothing happened. Thank you Paint Doctor and Arron for getting our vehicle back and looking like NEW!

Would highly recommend. After searching around town PDN had the most competitive prices (of 5 places I inquired) and the free loaner was great as our family only has 1 car. Can’t even tell the car was ever scratched. Service quick and courteous. Pics before and after. Thank you!
