Best service I have ever received from a body shop….and perhaps any service industry. My daughter’s car was damaged while attending TTU. I live 4 hours away. I made one phone call, gave them my insurance information, vehicle information, and my daughter’s phone number. They took care of everything from there. My daughter was never without transportation. Great work and superior customer service. Thank you Michelle and Aaron.

Would highly recommend. After searching around town PDN had the most competitive prices (of 5 places I inquired) and the free loaner was great as our family only has 1 car. Can’t even tell the car was ever scratched. Service quick and courteous. Pics before and after. Thank you!

This is by far the best body shop in Lubbock! They took in my nearly totaled car and made it look like the day I drove it off the lot. They were always professional and were great at communicating with me. Their loaner cars were great and I appreciated since my car was in the shop for so long. I recommend them to everyone needing work!

EXCELLENT!!! My Mazda, was dinged by a local mechanic shop (that will be a separate review). Paint Doctor fixed the scratch, my car looks brand new!! The customer service provided by Alex Hernandez was professional, friendly and she is top notch. Hope I don’t ever need anymore body work, but if I do, this is the place to go. The best in town. 🙂

A guy that goes by the name, “AG” is the one you want to ask for. When I needed my truck done in a timeline, he made sure it was done right. The price was awesome as well! You won’t regret going here!

Aaron and his crew at Paint Doctor are the best! They took care of my sons truck and did a wonderful job repairing the body damage, and they even fixed a mistake made by a different body shop. I came to add a review for our most recent experience. But apparently you can’t do that so I’ll just add to my previous review.. May 17,2024- Once again, paint doctor went above and beyond what we needed and took care of us. Aaron Dove and his team are not only great at their jobs, but they’re also exceptional people. Thanks again guys! November 2021-We hit a wild hog in our Chevy Traverse. Paint Doctor North did an amazing job on the repairs and in keeping us updated on what all was going on in the process. We can’t thank them enough.
